will present

Writing for all Ages

Join the literary journey through time. Compare actual books from the1800s to present.

Venture inside the writer’s world. Got writer’s block?
Advance through the current standards for writing for children.

Top off the experience with young adults and adult writing skills.

Bring your writer’s cap, your editor’s hatchet, and your publisher’s wand.

This night, you might be all three!

Challenge:

My grandson stood in the dark and surveyed the moonlit water. “Is the Titanic out there?”

“No, it was struck by an ice berg. There are none in North Carolina.”

“It creeps me out when I think about all the things that swim in and out of shipwrecks.”

Are you the writer who will satisfy this six-year-old boys curiosity?

Will it be nonfiction or fiction? Where will you research the story?

Our Critique Groups meet year-round, the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 7pm, Turnage Theater in downtown Washington, NC. We will meet briefly with the General Critique Group and then separate for our session.

Become a member of Pamlico Writers Group (click here) to participate in this critique group for longer fiction manuscripts.
